These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at denisonconcrete.com and your engagement with Sterling Denison Concrete ("we", "our", or "us") for concrete contracting services. By using our website or hiring us for work, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing this website, submitting a contact or estimate request, or entering into a service agreement with Sterling Denison Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or engage our services.
Sterling Denison Concrete provides concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, driveway installation and repair, patio construction, sidewalk work, foundation services, decorative concrete, retaining walls, and related concrete work.
Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Denison, TX and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All written estimates provided by Sterling Denison Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the site visit. Changes to project scope after an estimate is issued may result in adjusted pricing.
Free on-site estimates carry no obligation to book. Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written, signed agreements constitute a commitment to perform work at a stated price.
Material costs are subject to market fluctuations. If significant material price changes occur between estimate and project start date, we will notify you in writing before proceeding.
Project start dates are scheduled upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for labor and materials already incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel projects due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Texas law.
In the event of non-payment, Sterling Denison Concrete reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including the filing of a mechanic's lien on the property where work was performed, as permitted under Texas law.
Sterling Denison Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be included in your written project agreement.
Concrete is a natural material and is subject to cracking, settling, and color variation over time. Normal cracking resulting from curing, temperature changes, soil movement, and standard wear is not covered under any workmanship warranty unless specifically stated in writing.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to team@denisonconcrete.com within the warranty period specified in your agreement. We will evaluate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sterling Denison Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of this website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, negligence, or any other basis.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Grayson County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
